A ramp leads to the entrance opening onto a spacious hallway where you will find two bedrooms: a master double bedroom, and a single bedroom with pull out trundle bed.
A spacious hallway leads to a large open plan south facing sitting room with TV, comfortable seating and generous picture window; large windows overlook a lawned garden and have views towards the Malvern Hills.
There is a dining area (seating 4) with a fully fitted Shaker style oak kitchen including integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, stainless steel electric cooker, hob and tiled splash back; also a microwave, sink with lever taps, and ample work surface.
The modern tiled luxury bathroom has a washbasin (with lever taps), shaver point, w.c and large walk in shower with underfloor heating.
Throughout the apartment there are solid wood floors and zoned under floor heating.
A further space has separate garden access (with a ramp) to a private south facing garden area (but not fully enclosed) which is well stocked with plants, and has outdoor lighting and garden furniture.
